Introduction

 Hi! I am Rebecca and I am majoring in social work. Currently I am serving in the Navy reserves and I work in a behavioral health facility. I am a California native and have been residing in San Diego for seven whole years now. I am a mother of two humans and one Australian shepherd and my hobbies include binge watching Korean dramas and roller skating.    Although I do not consider myself to be an artistic person, I have enjoyed creating art projects with my children in their toddler days. Pinterest was my best friend and I have assisted in creating many paper and clay pieces with them that have now become memorandums of their childhood. As a recovery coach in the behavioral health facility I have also assisted in art therapy groups. I believe art is amazing in so many ways. Not only does art have many therapeutic benefits in itself but it also plays a huge role in child development.
